Since I have been home with my daughter I have enjoyed trying new tasty recipes and creating my own. Last night we had Beef Kabobs served over rice and veggies. It was delicious!
To start, you can begin with whatever size portion of beef that fits your family and adjust the measurements accordingly.
2 pounds top sirloin beef
Trader Joes Island Soyaki Marinade
1 large onions, peeled and cut
cherry tomatoes, red bell peppers
vegetables of your choice
Using kitchen shears, cut the beef into bite-size cubes. Place the beef in a large mixing bowl and add 1 cup of the marinade. Let the beef marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour or up to eight hours.Thirty minutes before you plan to cook the kabobs, preheat the oven to 375.
Remove the skewers from the bowl and thread the beef and vegetables onto them, placing a vegetable between each piece of beef.
Place the beef kabobs on an ungreased, rimmed baking sheet and bake the kabobs, turning them every 10 minutes, until the beef is lightly browned on the outside and just lightly pink in the very center, about 30 minutes.
Your finished kabobs topped with fresh corn and rice will be a sure hit for dinner.
please share your pics and thoughts after you’ve tried the receipe.
