The Best Very Berry Yogurt Smoothie

I’ve been playing around with smoothie receipes for a while now and I finally have the perfect combination.  This is a great kick-start morning receipe as well.  Feel free to substitute which every fruit you like. 

YIELD 2 servings 


8 ounces frozen mixed berries

1 banana or mango 

6 ounces fruit or mixed berry yogurt

1 cup whole milk

1/2 cup of dressed pressed apple juice 

1 to 2 tablespoons honey


Add  all the ingredients  ( mango, berries, banana, yogurt, milk, apple juice and honey) a to your blender and puree high until smooth. If needed add extra Apple juice to yield a good consistency. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
