What’s for Dinner? Ready in 20 minutes| Cheesy Garlic Spinich & Sasuage Pasta #cooking 

Like most of you, I’m sometimes  I’m often rushing trying to get a delicious meal that includes veggies on the table.  If you have a few minutes, try my recipe: 

Get my Cheesy sausage garlic and spinach pasta recipe
Ingredients 

1/2- 1 pound of spinach 

8 ounces penne (tube-shaped pasta)

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

8 ounces turkey Italian sausage

6 -8 garlic cloves, thinly sliced (I like heavy garlic) 

1 cup mild- medium cheese grated 

Seasoning to taste 
Directions

Sauté Garlic for 2 minutes. Return water to boil. Add pasta; cook according to package directions. Drain pasta in a colander over a bowl, reserving 1/4 cup cooking liquid. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Remove casings from sausage if desired. Add sausage to pan; cook 4 minutes or until browned, stirring to crumble. Add garlic; sauté 1 minute. Stir in fresh spinach; cook 1-2 minute, stirring frequently. 

Check that sausage is fully cooked through. Stir in pasta, reserved cooking liquid, 1/2 teaspoon of mixed seasoning, and 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper; cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated. Turn low and Stir in cheese. Let melt. 


Serve immediately.
